Terms and Conditions – Humblebee Wedding Films

Effective Date: January 1st, 2024
Welcome to Humblebee Wedding Films. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Services Provided
Humblebee Wedding Films (“PRODUCER”) offers professional wedding videography and photography services, including but not limited to:
Filming, photographing, and editing
Delivery of digital media files
Other services as outlined in the client’s specific agreement

1.1 Wedding Coverage
Coverage begins when the first team member arrives at the first location and continues consecutively. Overtime is subject to PRODUCER’s discretion and will be charged at $250 per hour per team member.

1.2 Subcontractors
PRODUCER may, at its discretion, subcontract services to trusted wedding professionals consistent with our portfolio’s quality standards.

1.3 Delivery Timeline
Sneak peeks, if applicable, will be delivered within 72 hours after the wedding.
Full deliverables will be provided within 60 days of the wedding date.

1.4 Revision Policy
Two rounds of minor video revisions are included.
Revisions do not include changing the music track.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Fees & Payment Schedule
Total Cost: Varies per package.
Booking Fee: 50% of the total cost, due upon signing. This fee is non-refundable.
Remaining Balance: Due 30 days before the wedding. Editing will not commence until full payment is received.

2.2 Late Payments & Additional Fees
A 2.5% monthly late fee applies to overdue balances.
A $35 fee applies to returned checks.
No credit card fees apply.

2.3 Travel & Lodging
Travel up to 180 miles from Rochester, NH, is included.
Additional travel beyond 180 miles may be subject to mileage and hourly fees.
Lodging, if required, is the client’s responsibility.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

3.1 Client Cancellation
Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date will result in full payment being due.

3.2 Producer Cancellation
If PRODUCER cancels, all payments made will be refunded.

3.3 Rescheduling Policy
A rescheduling request must be made at least 30 days in advance.
The original booking fee is transferable within 12 months, subject to availability.
If rescheduled within 30 days of the event, a new agreement and updated pricing will apply.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

4.1 Copyright & Personal Use License
PRODUCER retains copyright ownership of all media.
Clients receive a personal-use license but may not sell, distribute, or alter the content without permission.

4.2 Promotional Usage
PRODUCER may use media for marketing unless the client requests a non-disclosure agreement in writing before the wedding, subject to a $1,000 fee.

4.3 Music & Printing Rights
Music used in videos will be royalty-free and licensed.
Printing rights are available for purchase.

5. Vendor Interactions & Equipment Liability

5.1 Third-Party Vendors
The client agrees that PRODUCER will be the primary wedding media professional.
Other vendors must not interfere with filming or photography.

5.2 Equipment Failure
PRODUCER takes precautions to prevent technical issues but is not liable for lost media due to unforeseen equipment failures.

6. Insurance & Safety

6.1 Liability Insurance
PRODUCER carries:
$1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability
$1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate professional liability
$1M UAV (drone) liability insurance

6.2 Workplace Safety
Clients must provide a safe working environment.
If team members feel unsafe due to guest behavior, services may be paused or terminated without refund.

7. Additional Terms

7.1 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters or emergencies.

7.2 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire.

7.3 Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nashua, NH.
